Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

  • Orders placed after 10:30am PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-4 business days from the following Monday
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship U.S. and Canada only. International coming soon.

  • Shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on package weight and zip code.
  • We do not require signatures upon receipt.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information.
  • There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which are the buyers responsibility.
  • Arrival time is not guaranteed due to postage delays.

Items purchased are eligible for an exchange if we are notified of reason within 10 days of purchase.

  • items must be returned unopened, undamaged, unused, and with all the original packaging.
  • sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • once we receive the shipment it will be inspected for approval. Please allow us up to 10 days to process your request and once it is processed, we will notify you by email.
